This checklist comprises long term goals for you during various stages of the counseling. Mental health is a "muscle" that needs to be trained and developed, and when the muscle matures, you will have the ability to reach the peak of success.
We cannot possibly prepare for every life change, but in counseling we can explore together what has been hidden but could be powerful tools you might already have in you to navigate the surroundings - a strong and healthy inner strength, which can never be taken from you.
